Adductio's service extends to the environmental assessment of public enterprises, private real estate, etc., from an environmental perspective - interactions with the various infrastructures that constitute them or in which they are inserted - according to relevant parameters (interface with Nature, Landscape, Water, Energy, Thermal and Acoustic Comfort, Noise, Atmospheric Emissions, etc.).

In the Portuguese case, preference is given to the most used system for Sustainability Assessment and Certification – LiderA, although results from multiple international systems can be applied and compared.
